Online Sales & Returns Policy

Products ordered for delivery:

If you have received an order by post and wish to return it, you must do so within 16 days after delivery. You can do this by:

In the first instance, calling us on 0161 330 0077, or emailing us at sales@bcdata.co.uk or writing to us at the address below.

Alternatively, you can return the product to our offices directly, but you must bring your sales advice and the credit/debit card used for payment or you may be declined a refund.

Any return is subject to the following conditions:

The product must be unused and must be in a saleable condition i.e. the packaging undamaged and all of the goods present.

The customer pays the shipping costs to return the goods to us.

BCD will make the relevant payment to the customer once the returned goods have been checked and accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse a return and to ask for proof of identification.

YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED

Cancellations

You may cancel your order (or any part of it) for any reason before delivery, however, you may receive your order before you have time to cancel it.

Faulty Products

If the product you purchase is faulty, we may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate following your consumer rights.
